Cancellation and Return Policy

RJ Attire aims to maintain a strict quality assurance process for all products. The following policies outline our terms for cancellations, returns, and exchanges for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Orders

  • Quality Assurance: All suits undergo rigorous quality checks prior to shipping. We do not ship damaged products.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team. Color discrepancies and variations are not grounds for return or exchange. Customers should escalate such matters directly with the designers or brands.
  • Color Variation: Please note that colors may vary from those viewed digitally due to different screen settings.
  • Part-Paid Orders: No cancellations will be accepted for part-paid orders. Exchanges may be allowed for valid reasons.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must evaluate the brand’s standing in the market before making a purchase. We facilitate resolutions but take no responsibility for limitations imposed by brands or designers.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Loyalty program participants may qualify for reverse pickup services.
  • Return Requests: Must be initiated within the same day of receiving the product. The product must be returned within 1 working day in original packaging, including any inlay cards. A fine of Rs 500 will be applied if packaging or inlay cards are damaged or missing.
  • Exchange Limits: Exchanges are permitted only once per product.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited as store credits to the customer’s wallet. Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  • Non-Damaged Product Exchanges: If approved by the support team, the amount will be adjusted in the new product price.
  • Warranty Disclaimer: No guarantees or warranties are provided for fabrics.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will include adjustments for government taxes, duties, payment gateway fees, and a cancellation fee of Rs 500, if applicable.
  • Prepaid Orders: These are processed on the same day and cannot be canceled. Only exchanges are allowed post-dispatch, incurring additional shipping charges.
  • Sale Items: No exchanges or returns are allowed for products purchased during sales or clearance events.
  • Prebooking Orders: Only exchanges may be made according to the exchange team's discretion.
  • Stitched Orders: No exchanges or returns are permitted for stitched items.
  • Cashback Policy: Cashback can only be redeemed as a discount and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
  • Video Requirement: Customers must make a video while opening the package to document the condition of the product upon receipt. This will assist in any claims related to damage or defects.
  • Communication: All exchange requests must be sent to sales@rjattire.com.

International Orders

  • Quality Checks: A stringent quality check is performed. No refunds or cancellations are accepted.
  • Refund Adjustments: If a refund is approved, deductions will be made for GST (5%), payment gateway charges, and a cancellation penalty of Rs 500.
  • Exchange Process: Customers must cover shipping costs for exchanges, and new shipping charges will apply.
  • Custom Duties: Any customs duties incurred are the customer's responsibility.
  • Reporting Discrepancies: Customers must report any discrepancies within seven working days; late reports will not be entertained.
